Base prices cover one bathroom on a weekday. Additional bathrooms, selected extras, weekend dates and applicable parking charges change the total. The quote shows your choices and price.
A clean with clear expectations
We fix missed spots free within 48 hours of being reported. A clean cannot guarantee the return of a tenancy deposit: the property’s condition, inventory and tenancy obligations also matter.

Before the clean
Make sure the team can get in, with water and electricity available. Tell us about delicate finishes, damage, mould or anything that needs specialist attention. For a move-out clean, aim to have belongings removed first.
