Using this site
Candour Homes is currently accepting cleaning enquiries across Sussex. These terms explain our enquiry service. Nothing in them takes away your legal rights.
Your enquiry is not a booking
Choosing a date, viewing a quote or sending a form does not reserve a crew or create a cleaning contract. We do not request card details, authorise a deposit or take payment through this enquiry service. We will reply to discuss availability and the property.
Prices and scope
Your itemised quote is based on the details you enter. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. We will check the scope and any extras with you before offering a booking. No additional charge will be agreed without your approval. Photos are not required for a cleaning enquiry and do not lock a price at this stage.
Cleaning and other services
Move-out and deep cleaning are planned to be carried out by ET Services. Holiday-let submissions are also enquiries. Removals, repairs and clearances are quoted separately by ET Services. Regular cleaning plans are coming soon; joining the list creates no commitment.
Before any booking
We will provide the complete trader details, service scope, confirmed price, payment arrangements and applicable cancellation terms before asking you to enter a cleaning contract. You can decide whether to proceed then.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw or amend an enquiry at any time by emailing hello@candourhomes.co.uk. There is no enquiry cancellation charge and no deposit to refund.
Your information
We use your contact details, postcode, property choices and preferred date to respond to your request. Do not send access codes or sensitive documents. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. Marketing permission is separate and optional.
Questions and complaints
Contact hello@candourhomes.co.uk about an enquiry or a problem using the site. We cannot guarantee the return of a tenancy deposit or a particular cleaning date through an enquiry.
These terms
The law of England and Wales applies, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections where you live in the UK. We may update these enquiry terms as the service develops. Paid cleaning and regular-plan terms will be provided before those services are sold.
