Compare the final scope and total, not just the headline. Send each provider the same bedroom and bathroom count, oven type, access information and requested date.
Ask these questions before choosing:
- Does the price include the oven, and which type?
- Are fridge interiors, windows and carpets included or extra?
- Are parking and weekend charges already in the total?
- What evidence of the finished work will you receive?
- What happens if an item is missed, and how do you report it?
- What happens if the property needs more work than described?

Can the price change on the day?
No additional work is charged without your approval. If the home is very different from what was booked, we will message before starting so you can approve the difference or cancel under the booking terms. Describe the property accurately and flag unusual cleaning or access needs when you enquire.
How long will the clean take?
Condition, bathroom count, access and selected extras affect the duration. Bedroom count is a pricing input, not a guaranteed completion time. Confirm the schedule with us before arranging your check-out or key handover.
Is DIY the better choice?
It can be. Use the room-by-room checklist if you have safe access and time after the furniture leaves. A paid clean buys help with the work and coordination; it does not buy a deposit guarantee.
