Oven interior cleaned. Racks cleaned. Trays cleaned. Door glass cleaned inside. Door glass cleaned outside. Door seals cleaned. Control knobs cleaned. External oven surfaces wiped.
03 Bathroom 14 checks Before + after photos 0%
Toilet bowl descaled; seat, hinges, lid, cistern, flush and base cleaned. Bath descaled; bath panel wiped. Shower screen or door descaled, including tracks and seals. Shower tray or floor scrubbed and descaled. Shower head and hose descaled. Tiles scrubbed and grout cleaned. Sealant cleaned; surface mould treated. We'll tell you if the sealant needs replacing. Sink, pedestal and taps descaled and polished; plughole and overflow cleaned. Mirrors and glass left streak-free. Cabinets and shelves cleaned inside and out. Extractor fan cover cleaned. Radiator or towel rail wiped. Light switches, door, handles, skirting and windowsill wiped. Floor scrubbed, including behind the toilet and around the bath.

Extras, when booked. Oven clean: £45.00 for deep cleans; single oven included in move-out cleans. Double oven or range: £20.00 in addition to oven cleaning. Fridge and freezer: £35.00. Inside windows: £30.00. Carpet cleaning: £30.00 per room. Fridge freezers must be switched off with the door open 24 hours beforehand. Inside-window cleaning covers glass, frames and tracks; outside windows are not included.
Before we arrive. Leave water, electricity and hot water on. For move-outs, empty furniture and belongings except fitted items and anything on the inventory. Confirm access and parking details.
What we don’t do Biohazards, extensive mould, pest treatment, heavy furniture or appliance moving, wet-cleaning electrics, or specialist stain removal. We never ask the crew to work unsafely. Washing up and putting away belongings are excluded, apart from the agreed regular-clean tidy-up.
