Information we use
We use your contact details, service address, access arrangements, booking details and property photos to arrange and deliver your clean, communicate with you and handle payment or complaints. This is needed to fulfil your booking or take steps at your request before a contract. Do not include key-safe codes in notes or photos.
Who receives it
ET Services receives the details and photos needed to carry out your clean. Supabase stores booking data and private photos; Netlify hosts the site; Stripe handles card details and payments; Resend delivers our service emails. Candour does not store your full card details. Service providers process information for their stated purposes and may use infrastructure outside the UK, subject to applicable data-transfer safeguards.
Retention and security
Property and report photos are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Private links and short-lived image links control access. Booking and payment records are kept for accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations, generally for six years. We restrict access to people and providers who need it.
Email preferences
We use waitlist details to reply to the request you make. Optional marketing uses your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us. We do not sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to certain processing or request a portable copy where applicable. Contact us to exercise your rights. Some records must be retained for legal obligations. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
